Boxes, Committee-men or delegates have been sent out daily
to all quarters to make secret enquiries, so that steps can
be taken to prevent corruption.
In the future, with such a spirit, we shall do our
utmost to continue our work. This is a brief report of
the work that the Inspectorate has done.
